Growing Pains Scrapped has a wonderful kit out today that is a must have if you’ve got girls. Tracy aka Growing Pains Scrapped was looking for ideas and I sent her a photo of my daughter in her funky dance getup, and when she saw it she knew she just had to do a kit for those pictures and she named it after her too!!! Alayna!!! Thanks Tracy!!!I hope you love it as much as I do!!

Morning Song

I decided to enter theStudio’s next designer contest this month and have finished up my round 1 submission.  The theme was Daybreak and they gave us a pretty pastel palette to use with it.  When I think of daybreak I think of waking up in the morning, looking out over the lake and seeing the swans swimming against the beautiful morning sky, the inspiration for this kit.

Labor Day SALE and Events

For those of in the United States, there's a nice long weekend ahead of us too look forward to, yay! No need for sign ups, just post your Round 1 entry in Next Designer Contest Gallery by September 5, 2011 no later than Midnight (24:00) EST and you will automatically be listed as a competitor.

Each week the members will vote on the contestants’ layouts. Elimination details will be posted each week at the beginning of that week’s round.
